So, I am beginning today with the end in mind. By the end of the forty week challenge,
I want to:
- Feel comfortable in my own skin
- Have abounding energy
- Reduce my physical pain
- Resurrect the healthy lifestyle that I once had, prior to graduate school
I hope to:
- Feel/know/live with the Holy Spirit throughout the process
- Lose weight without dieting
- Return the vibrant momma/wife that my family once had
Now that I have the end in mind, I get to plan on how to get there! Something (or someone, Lord) is telling me that it has to do with the number "40." That is where I am starting. I know that I want to lose about 40 pounds and I know that I want to do it slowly and make lifestyle habits that stick.
Target to lose:40 pounds Target date: 40 weeks
I now have the beginning and the end, so I guess I had better go create the middle :)
